We invite papers for oral and poster presentation on the following session.

After an abstract is submitted, it can be accessed and edited until the abstract submission deadline 6 July 2018 20 July 2018. After this deadline, edits cannot be made.

All poster presentations will be progressed in lightning sessions. This session is that each poster presenter should create one slide that is not a slide of their traditional poster and has a 1-minute oral presentation at lightning area near the Poster hall. This format allows for information to be shared with the audience quickly and efficiently, and allows a higher number of individuals to give a short oral presentation about their findings.

A flat fee of $45 (USD) will be charged for each regular submission. The only method of payment accepted for abstract fees is by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) in the abstract submission system.

The abstract submission fee is a nonrefundable processing fee, and not based on approval of your abstract submission or attendance at PORSEC2018. The abstract submission fee does not register you for the meeting. Separate registration fees apply. All presenters must register in order to attend PORSEC 2018. Online registration will be open in July.

1. If the payment of abstract fee is not completed by the deadline, your abstract cannot be reviewed and will be canceled. And only abstract(s) covered by registration (and payment if applicable) are allowed to remain on the program for presentation at the conference.
2. Will you submit more than two abstracts with your account? Then, please do make a payment when all your abstracts are submitted. If you want to submit additional paper(s) after payment of the previous abstract fee, you can only register the additional abstract(s) with a new account.
