Refund Policy
In exceptional/unavoidable circumstances, requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing and received by PORSEC2018 prior to 30 September 2018, in order to receive a full refund (less a 10% processing fee). Refunds are not given for no-shows. Cancellation requests may be emailed to PORSEC 2018 at porsec.register@gmail.com. Such cancellation request shall invariably furnish the details of remittance for arranging refund. Refunds will be issued within 30 days after the conference.
