Accommodation
The Organizing Committee has selected hotels in different rate categories for participants of PORSEC 2018. Special rates and available rooms have been secured but may be available only until 10 October, 2018
In order to secure reservation, please make the hotel reservation through the online reservation system. Please click the ‘Accommodation Reservation’ button below for booking.
1. Please look into the hotel list below and click ‘Accommodation Reservation’ button.
2. Choose your preferred hotel and click the image.
3. Read the hotel information and click the next tab(Room) to check the room types.
4. Click ‘Booking’ tab and insert the information as required from the housing bureau (Please note that the hotel reservation system and registration system is separate).
5. Insert credit card details to guarantee your booking.
6.Please read carefully the cancellation policy and inclusions of the chosen hotel before you confirm your booking.

Once the booking is submitted, PORSEC 2018 Housing Bureau(HanaTourJeju) will send you a confirmation of your booking after the reservation is finalized.
All rates are inclusive of Tax & Service Charge.The room rates are fixed in Korean Won(KRW).

- When you make a booking, HanaTourJeju will contact you in 1 week. Your reservation is not confirmed before confirmation letter is sent.
- We keep your credit card information only to guarantee your reservation. Your payment shall be made either by credit card or cash at hotel, when you check into or out of your hotel room.
- As rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, early reservation is recommended.
After September 20th, 2018, room availability and rates may not be guaranteed. - The reservation form must be accompanied by credit card information to guarantee your reservation. The above rates only apply to of PORSEC 2018 participants who reserve through the online reservation system.
